  33. Did you install it more than 21 days ago?  If so, that's normal.  It expires
  34. so people can't use it forever without paying for it, because if they did
  35. there would be no more income for the Kermit Project and therefore no more
  36. Kermit Project or software.

  38. If you're saying it says it's expired before the 21 days are up, then we
  39. have some kind of technical problem that can be addressed better by email
  40. to kermit-support@columbia.edu.
